I checked your website and I see that you count every message - if a customer says "hi" then its counted as one message and every interaction is a message and all messages combined limit for unlimited sites is 500,00
Am I correct?

thats really less - I just checked one of my recent chats with a customer on my website using Jivo Chat - I had nearly 500 + messages exchanged between that customer and me, and if I have 1000 of them in any given month then I am exhausted with my limits (that too on a top tier plan $399) - I bought jivo Chat for $49 and I have it on nearly 8 websites with unlimited messages.
Just saying these limits are extremely low and might not help agencies like me.
Jivo Chat is paid monthly and costs much more than $49.
Sorry, but we have no plans to increase the limits which are not low, but very large. Also in your example, you can have 20+ big conversations like that every month.
