The WP and PHP version on Envato are installed on your server and this is the main difference, it means you own your data, you do not risk losing access to your chat in the future, you can customize it and there are more apps available, but you are responsible to keep it running on your server.
The AppSumo and Cloud versions are managed by us and you do not have to worry about anything.
