Q: I don't understand this.

You say it's a cloud Saas product but the website has no info about this cloud plan and what all it includes.

You say it's unlimited sites and also say that we need a reseller account and do not allow it to be used on client websites.

Federico - still there are so many unanswered questions

First and foremost is this a cloud app or PHP app that we get access to.

Secondly - if we are getting all apps what about the charges for Whatsapp API and Dialogflow charges.

If this is a cloud app - then we get the access to WP plugin too so that we can install it on Woocommerce sites.

If it's unlimited sites then how can we differentiate between sites - do we get an option to put them into some workspaces or can we assign agents to a particular site.

How does the ticketing system work - can we add our own Email for responses.

For Chatting with website visitors - can we chat with them on Slack or Telegram or its a web-based app.

Any plans for mobile apps.

What all future updates and additions do we get in this cloud plan.

Whatsapp API and Dialogflow charges are up to you, like any other external.
It looks like you think you can resell or redistribute the chat with this plan but it is not allowed. The chat is only for you/your company, not for multiple businesses. You can isolate agents and websites via departments or agent assignments.
