Q: Is there an intention to make this work for shopify?
and if its in the plans/roadmaps any idea on timing?

May 14, 2024A: Hi yes, we have plans to create an integration sync with Shopify users and shop data but there is no ETA yet. Mind that you can already show it on Shopify by just inserting the chat script.

No sorry. Mind that you can include Support Board in any Shopify site already, but there is not any sync with Shopify data.
