This tool is one of the most used appsumo deals ever for us.

Its absolutely not simple to use, it doesn't have a stripped down UX for ease, but we don't care in this matter. It has such a ton of technical capabilities and functions.
You would need a bit of a technical background, as the documentation is story itself, but when you have, it does basically anything that you need.

Very , very complete. This is one to stay for us.

I bought SupportBoard since April 24 (and now Oct 24), I've just explored its features. At first, it will be 'quite intermediating' since 'the style' of the company is not much 'marketing extrovert' 😂 even though they provide full documents. (But yea, it is not super friendly and video on youtube could be longer). But, I compared many chatbot that have 'solid agent integrations' with 'AI' that I bought from AppSumo after this one. You will found that SupportBoard has lots of features far beyonds the new startups, such as integrations to Whatsapp, WP, Line!, SMS (Twillo), and many CRMs. (I hope they will support 'GoHighLevel' soon)

The downside may be document is too overwhelmed. and UI may not be the best. But after one night, I integrate AI with Line OA, Facebook Messenger, and it works! And the pricing is 'very friendly' They provide 'Bring Your Own Key' option. and also cloud message price is very generous compared to other providers.

I think, all you need to do is to have more education partners or have incentive with community contents. 'How to set chatbot' is an art. Agency model that provide training or might help you scale fast.

isn't worth the money payed.
1) documentation isn't accurated and "chop" steps without a context, so, everything is try-error
2) had several features that are ideas in the menu, per example how to use with AI, I didn't find a feature explanation, only some steps without an specific goal
3) Their support is innexistent or poor
poor: When asked how pass the user email to the js, same like you can do in all support chats widgets, their answer was that I should pay to customize the code, while that feature is into their js library.. and I could done doing tests
4) lately they didn't provide support

This software is packed with features and offers a lot of functionality. Despite its complexity in terms of versatility and use cases, the interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The support documentation is comprehensive, clearly organized, and has been incredibly useful throughout my setup process.

I’ve encountered several specific questions while tailoring the software to my business needs, but the support team has been outstanding. They’ve addressed all my inquiries within 24 hours, even on weekends, and have been very accommodating. I highly recommend giving this software a try.

If you are looking for a complete chatbot platform for customer support management, this is probably the best.
I am trying many of them both for use on our corporate sites and for reselling the service and at the moment this one is the most complete and fastest. I recommend buy the version with the most characters because even the version with 3 million characters is not enough when you get carried away.
