I really like this tool. This ticketing support tool with ChatGPT integration is a game-changer for customer service. I was looking for a few weeks before landing on this product. It has all the tools I need to run support for my customers and with a clean professional look! 5 Tacos!!

We bought a few Supporboards, and all of them work perfectly. The teaching process is simple, and the setup is very easy.
I only hope that Lifetime will be a lifetime because I built my whole business on Supportboard.

I took Support Board for a spin—it's like a Swiss army knife for bustling websites. Packed with features, it impressed me, but alas, no free API Chat GPT options. Instead, it felt like a gateway to pricy monthly OpenAI subscriptions, when all I craved was an AI chatbot without running costs. In a nutshell: stellar software, but remember, it's not a one-time purchase; those paid APIs are ready to dance their way into your budget.

This tool is one of the most used appsumo deals ever for us.

Its absolutely not simple to use, it doesn't have a stripped down UX for ease, but we don't care in this matter. It has such a ton of technical capabilities and functions.
You would need a bit of a technical background, as the documentation is story itself, but when you have, it does basically anything that you need.

Very , very complete. This is one to stay for us.

I bought SupportBoard since April 24 (and now Oct 24), I've just explored its features. At first, it will be 'quite intermediating' since 'the style' of the company is not much 'marketing extrovert' 😂 even though they provide full documents. (But yea, it is not super friendly and video on youtube could be longer). But, I compared many chatbot that have 'solid agent integrations' with 'AI' that I bought from AppSumo after this one. You will found that SupportBoard has lots of features far beyonds the new startups, such as integrations to Whatsapp, WP, Line!, SMS (Twillo), and many CRMs. (I hope they will support 'GoHighLevel' soon)

The downside may be document is too overwhelmed. and UI may not be the best. But after one night, I integrate AI with Line OA, Facebook Messenger, and it works! And the pricing is 'very friendly' They provide 'Bring Your Own Key' option. and also cloud message price is very generous compared to other providers.

I think, all you need to do is to have more education partners or have incentive with community contents. 'How to set chatbot' is an art. Agency model that provide training or might help you scale fast.
