Support Board is an amazing tool, very easy to set up and works like a charm!

Support Board is an amazing tool.

Before buying it I did all kinds of comparisons and I can say that there is no LTD tool comparable to it.

I know that features on paper are one thing, and in practice is another. But in this case it really surprised me how easy it was to set it up and configure the live chat on my website (with my brand colors, icon that I wanted, etc.). Also it is very easy to configure it to ask for a name and email when I am not available to answer (I am a solopreneur).

Sure, the tool is very comprehensive, so I am just starting to scracth what I can do with it. Next step is to set it up also as my omni inbox centralizing all my channels. There is a very comprehensive set of documentation, very detailed, but if our priority is just to set the basic functions (live chat, omni inbox, etc.) you can do that just playing with the software itself.

I saw some people complaining about the interface but I am really liking it so far, better simple than over graphic and buggy.

So, all in all, I think this is a very good deal.
