Q: Hi, I did a test on the free version, so far Im starting to get curious and weighing if I go with this or other ticketing system.
I have questions, I don't know if this can be done in the settings or not.
1. Does all agents can see all tickets even if they are not assigned?
2. This is related to question #1, Is it possible that, if agents are not assigned whether they are part of the categories or not they should not see all tickets unless they are part of the managerial/supervisor level?

Ans: No, but you can adjust permission from the Role access setting in our plugin.
2. Yes, possible.
