Q: Hi, I'm Berk from Radiolise.

Our CEO (Onur_Radiolize) Review recently stepped down. We started to experience some problems over time in the process we started as very satisfied. We kindly request your support.

1) The system has become extremely buggy and works slowly. Although we are installed on a powerful server, we do not have an optimised experience.
2) We have agents stuck on the loading screen. They can't provide support right now.
3) The buttons on the left panel may stop working from time to time.
4) Some of our messages can come more than once.
5) We have users whose tickets do not reach us even though they report that they have sent us a ticket.
These are the ones that come to mind for now. At the moment, our agents cannot provide support and we are in the process of AppSumo campaign as Radiolize like you. Since you know the importance of providing fast support as much as we do, we kindly ask you for help. I hope you will provide a quick response.
