- It is not clear to me that, if 'Plan 1' includes the KnowledgeBase.

Might it make sense to host Support Genix on a standalone Wordpress site and only embed the widget on my main marketing site to address my site speed concern? 3. Once set up, what email address is used for responding to tickets?
- At this point I might just buy it to test but with webhook is the following possible 1. User Submits ticket (lets say from form delivered by hook) 2. outgoing webhook sends the users email address to another hook? 3. that "automation" then can create a internal note with information pulled from an external system that the user doesn't get to see? I might even get a video series out of this so don't mind pulling the work
