Q: Emails configuration
Hi,
I manage multiple WooCommerce websites and am in search of an efficient email-based ticketing system.
1. Each website have a specific email address which is used for support.
Can I attach each email to a specific external woocommerce ?
2. Since the system will integrate with WooCommerce, is it possible for customer information and purchase history to be displayed within the ticket whenever it is opened via email?
3. Can email accounts be configured using IMAP/SMTP, or does the system only work by forwarding emails to a specific address? Furthermore, if my email is hosted with Zoho, will I still be able to view my sent emails in the sent folder?
Does your platform support these functionalities?
Thank you.

Dec 9, 2024A: Hi Wassim,
Thank you so much for reaching out to us and for asking such thoughtful and valuable questions. We truly appreciate your interest and are more than happy to assist.
Please allow me to address your questions one by one:
1. Regarding your query about “attaching each email to a specific external WooCommerce,” we apologize as we’re not entirely clear on what you mean by this. Could you kindly provide more details or clarify this further?
2. Currently, Support Genix displays customer information and purchase history within a ticket, but this is limited to cases where the order ID is provided during ticket creation. That said, we are actively working on a feature that will allow customer information and purchase history to be displayed when a ticket is opened via an email address.
3. Yes, you can configure email accounts in Support Genix using both IMAP/SMTP or by forwarding emails to a designated address.
We hope these answers clarify things for you. If you have any additional questions or require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Best regards!
Thanks Tarek.
My 1st question: How can I manage multiple store emails (e.g., support@mystore.com, contact@myotherstore.fr, contact@mythirddomainname.io) in one centralized place? I'd like to receive and respond to emails from all three addresses in a single location.
Do you provide a demo ? or free trial ?
My pleasure, Wassim.
Thank you so much for the clarification.
You can easily manage emails from multiple stores with different email addresses by creating multiple "Email to Ticket."
Here's a screenshot for your convenience: https://ibb.co.com/XZj7ZVv
This will help you receive and respond to emails from all three addresses in one centralized place.
While we don’t currently offer a demo or free trial, you’re welcome to explore the free version of Support Genix!
I hope this helps. If you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Wishing you a fantastic day ahead!
