Q: Multi language support?
Hi there,
I'm considering purchasing and particularly interested in the Knowledge Base feature.
Could you please let me know if there's multi-language support for the Knowledge Base? I'm hoping to create content in two or more languages and connect them to my own subdomain. I'd also appreciate it if you could clarify the language support for your chat and other services.
If multi language is available what are the supported languages? Is Turkish available?

At the moment, multi-language support isn’t available in Support Genix — this includes the Knowledge Base, chat, and other related services. However, we truly value feedback like yours, and if we receive enough interest from our users, we’ll definitely consider adding this feature to our development roadmap.
