Q: Site speed concerns + email question

1. With plugins that involve a lot of content, I get concerned that it could slow down my site. Please address this concern.

2. Might it make sense to host Support Genix on a standalone Wordpress site and only embed the widget on my main marketing site to address my site speed concern?

3. Once set up, what email address is used for responding to tickets?

1. Support Genix is designed to be lightweight and efficient. While a very high volume of tickets might have a slight impact, it’s unlikely to cause noticeable slowdowns on most websites. We also recommend optimizing your database and using a reliable hosting provider to ensure your site continues running smoothly.

2. Currently, Support Genix does not offer an embeddable widget option. However, you can connect forms from your main marketing site to your support system using webhooks. This approach allows you to separate the ticket system from your main site while still capturing and managing customer inquiries seamlessly.

Support Genix is fully compatible with popular form plugins like:

– WPForms
– HT Contact Form Widget

3. Once the plugin is set up, Support Genix will use the default email address configured in your WordPress settings to send ticket responses.
