Any plans to integrate Wbiztool? It's now on AppSumo and is a much better and cheaper solution than Twilio for WhatsApp messaging.

It is not clear to me that, if 'Plan 1' includes the KnowledgeBase.

Might it make sense to host Support Genix on a standalone Wordpress site and only embed the widget on my main marketing site to address my site speed concern? 3. Once set up, what email address is used for responding to tickets?
