I was looking for an simple helpdesk/ticketing plugin that was native to WordPress, and happened to find this tool. I purchased got it installed easily and loved it. Support IMAP ticket imports right out of the gate instead of old pop3. I was trying make this work with forms submitted through wpforms, saw a couple issues with the import to ticket from an html form from wpform, asked Support about it and they fixed two issues related to wpform super fast!
