Medium level product and trouble customers support
The product itself seems promising the portal is well-developed, and the platform clearly has a lot of potential. However, no matter how much effort has gone into building it, the customer support is extremely poor and unresponsive even during regular business hours in the middle of the week. Because of this, I would suggest saving your money.
Contrary to what some reviews claim, the product’s usage is not entirely straightforward. The chatbot often provides inaccurate information, and Support Genix relies heavily on written guides with no accompanying video demonstrations.
In short, Support Genix may be a ticketing system provider, but with such poor customer service, it falls far short of expectations.
