I've been searching for some kind of interactive FAQs or customer service bot that would work for a small business without much luck so I was thrilled to see this offer. I had rigged something together with conditional logic forms but not enough of my customers were using it. I'm sure Support Hero is going to save me a ton of time as managing repetitive support requests is my number one time pressure.
