As mentioned in the PS, I did notice 'AppSumo' using it on this site and was waiting for it to get it launched here.

Redemption option was little tricky but the product's actual onboarding is great. The tool seems to be rock solid and I didn't notice any issue while creating a new FAQ or navigating here and there.

Admin dashboard is clean and minimal and all options are clear and easily visible.

I already read that you guys are working on 'White labeling' which will make extra awesome. Though I don't mind this 'light branding' much if there can be an option to include referral link there, it will make more sense...

I am excitingly looking forward to ConvertFox integration and with Fleeq as well if there is any possibility.

Few things:

It does take little time to load when users first click the 'help' button - https://cl.ly/qUZG Though, it can be a technical limitation as this is normal time being taken to load an external javascript on a site but can't you include some kind of animated 'loading/waiting' icon while it is loading so that user can understand that something is being loaded?

There is a limit of 3 admins but there isn't any limit on the number of editors or writers we can add. Right?

Suppose, I want to use it for 3 of my own projects coming from the same company but have three different websites. Can I create some kind of 'Project' folder and assign a new writer, editor or admin having access to that specific project only?
