We are emailing to inform you that Support Hero is no longer able to support the lifetime account that was purchased through AppSumo.

To provide some background, the assets of Support Hero were purchased and transferred to new ownership over 2 years ago. While we have tried to accommodate for the previous commitment made by the initial developers of Support Hero, we are no longer able to do so.
