Q: Facing issues
Hello, I have bought it yesterday and after trying it I am facing some issues:
1. When I paste multiple URLs like i tried with 2 and 3 and download them together from youtube, I select 1008p but it downloads the 4k I tired it multiple times and always same result.
2. When I try to crop download a youtube video, It always make the video mute at the end of it like like ending 20-40 seconds with no audio. I tried it 2 times with 2 different youtube videos.
3. I tried the tracking feature for for a tiktok account just to test it. The download speed for this specific feature is very slow (I have 100mbps connection) and also it generates error for most of the video (I check it in the SurFast application by opening tracking folder) some videos downloaded 50% than gets and error some 70% some 80% (randomly).

For the Tracking feature, may I know is it slow for the first time when download all videos or slow to download new videos on this profile? If it is slow for the this time, the possible cause is that it needs to parse hundreds of videos, which would take some time.

aravindsamy2621im also facing the same issue. Ive internet speed 200Mbps. in dowloading speed 500Kb only. can you anyone let me know the reason. WHile downloading IDM or any other browser downloading speed was 20MB per sec.
