Q: fail to download
i tried private from the youtube and still fail to download. tried other different videos as well. help me out thanks.

We have updated the component. Please launch SurFast Video Downloader and the component update will start automatically. Once it is done, restart SurFast Video Downloader and you should be able to download videos now.
Let me know if you can download videos after the update.

Same here. Couldn't download. Message: Failed to parse the link. Please log in to the website from the Private panel and try again (tried and failed again)
