Q: Help with Downloading Videos from Zoho Showtime
Hi SurFast Video Download Team, I bought SurFast Video Downloader to download videos from a course which is hosted on a membership based website and I'm the paid subscriber on that website, but I'm having trouble with videos on a website that I think uses Zoho Showtime. I found some Zoho Showtime files, like this one: 'https://static.zohocdn.com/showtime/js/Videojs_LICENSE.8c8d48e1f0a209e5694290e73cd1c.js'.
Can you please help me figure out how to download these videos? Thank you!

Feb 5, 2025A: Hello ImGagan, thanks for your questions. I can't open the video link as I guess permission is needed to view it. Also, SurFast Video Downloader may not be able to download most course videos as they encrypt their videos. For the sites, please try the steps below:
Go to SurFast Video Downloader > Private.
Visit the course website and sign in to your account.
Locate the course you want to download and make sure it is playing.
Then click the Download button to see if you can grab the videos.
If you execute these steps and it doesn't download, then the website is not supported. Thanks, and I look forward to your update.
The download isn't working & there are no warnings or messages. Instead, when I click the download button, I get a prompt saying, "Security wants to use your confidential information stored in 'Brave Safe Storage' in your keychain. To allow this, enter the 'login' keychain password."
Could you please clarify what this means? Which password should I enter here, and is it safe to provide it?
Hello I amGagan, thanks for your update. The website is largely not supported. However, for the notices you get, is it possible for you to record the process and share them with us or send us some screenshots at support@nablamind.com. We will check it. It is strange as the process has nothing to do with your browser. Thanks!
I emailed you on this, please check your inbox!
Received, please share us your MacOS version as well. We are looking into.
It is: macOS Monterey - Version 12.7.6 and I also replied on the same email!
