Q: I am trying to download youtube videos and it keeps telling me it failed to parse the link. Is this a current issue

A: Hello, I just tested and did not find a problem. Please check if your component version is version 20260202 from the About page. If that is the case, please try to clear cache from Settings > Advanced Settings to see any difference.
If there is no luck, send us the video link and ve_server.log.

Hello, we've released a component update that resolves this failure. Please start SurFast Video Downloader to complete the component and restart the downloader. No need to reinstall the software. After restarting, YouTube downloads should work normally again. Thanks for your patience and feedback!
