Q: It worked the first day, but not since!
I have updated to the newest version twice, but when I simply paste any URL from youtube, I receive the error: FAILED TO PARSE URL.
With all the good reviews, I assume I am doing something wrong. Please advise how to fix this issue. TIA.

1. Check VPN: If you’re using a VPN, disable it and test SurFast Video Downloader again.
2. Clear Chromium Folder: If no VPN is in use, delete the Chromium folder at the path below and restart the application:
Windows: C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\NablaMind\SurFast Video Downloader
Mac: /Users/xxxxx/Library/Application Support/NablaMind/SurFast Video Downloader
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please provide:
The version of SurFast Video Downloader (Windows or Mac) and its component version number (Settings > About).
The video links you’re trying to download.
The vd_server.log file from the same path above.
