I have downloaded videos quite often over the past 5 years and now do so almost daily. SurFast Video Downloader is the best I've used and worth the price paid. I interacted once with the support team and found them very responsive and thorough. I especially like the ability to download a training video from a membership site in SurFast's Private window. And the video to MP3 function is very useful. I highly recommend this product.
