We never claimed that our software supports Skool. What we told you is that it worked now and then, and that whether it continues to work is beyond our control — which is why we have never advertised Skool support as a feature.

The steps we sent were not complicated technical instructions — they were simple operations within the software, or basic actions like opening a folder on your computer. We understand they weren't what you expected, but they are not difficult to follow.

As for response time, our stated window is 24 hours on working days. In your case, we replied to your first two emails within one hour, and your third reply within 20 hours. We've done our best to respond quickly, and we never left you without a reply.
