I've used paid for software for downloading before but this is the best to date. I've also used the free download sites and aside from taking risks with malware etc they are extremely hit and miss and often don't work. This software is beautiful in it's simplicity and ease. One of the video types I've found a pain in the past has been FB reels, suddenly they are a breeze. So far everything has just worked and once done it keeps them very organized with thumbnails and easy to edit tiles etc. Very nice software with nothing I didn't like. It does have an extension that can be added to chrome but I did find that complicated to add so didn't bother, as required downloading a zipped file, unzipping and multiple steps. I'm knocking nothing off because it's not needed but would be nice to get this fixed. Very happy and already recommending it to friends.
