I tried the app as a replacement for the overpriced Survio and it was a great choice.

Especially the multilingual forms are perfect.

The statistics on the dashboard are excellent

I can directly write the results into a Google Sheet and share with the team.

Questionnaire creation is fast and intuitive. Additionally the default template is nice and the customization is sufficient.

I a bit don't understand the logic of the Thankyou page, since it can't be translated into individual languages. And still the coloring of the message that must fill all mandatory fields can't be translated and change its color. But these are small things that the developers will surely solve in the near future.

As a researcher, I've long been looking for a tool that has the functionality of some of the bigger tools out there but isn't priced ridiculously high or with crippled functionality for the lower tiers. This tool looks to have a great deal of functionality and while there are some things to adjust (like the logo size and placement) going forward, these aren't bugs (although I'm sure there are some...that's part of the deal with emerging software). And as far as the comment about not liking the "Powered By" footer - others do that as well, like Qualtrics. And it can't be removed - I've asked. So, if you are looking for a tool with great features and at a reasonable price point, I'd recommend checking this deal out. I bought in at Tier 3 and am glad I did!

The survey software does have a lot of bugs and things to fix. However, I was fine with that as these things get fixed over time. I am happy to invest now with the expectation that the software will improve over the coming months.

The huge footer with their own branding is a deal breaker. Especially as making reference in the listing to branding.

Their response in the Q&A is that this is a legal requirement.

The software has plenty of features, but the Powered by SurveyAnalytica label cannot be removed.

By email the team answer the questions asked, but it seems that they have to be asked several times to be understood by the team.

Apart from anything else, I found a lot of bugs which I sent to the developers. For example there is no option to choose the size of the submit button, and the color of the text. And the survey itself, the upper part is cut off when embedded in a website.

I bet that with some improvements and further development it will be a good product, but for now it is not what I expect.
