Q: Redirect

Hi
I have a small agency and i want the following for small buisnesses:
Is the possible to do Google Reviews with surveyed, with this workflow
I create a QR code, the customer gets a survey with 1 to 5 stars. When the client chooses 1 to 3 stars he gets redirected to a another survey page where we say sorry and we ask some additional questions for his bad experience.
When the clients chooses 4 or 5 stars he gets redirected to Google Reviews to leave his review.
Is that possible with your software?
Thank you

A: Hi Sumo-ling,

Thank you for your question! Yes, what you're describing is absolutely possible with Surveyed. Here's how you can set it up step-by-step:

1. Create a New Survey:
From your Dashboard, click the "+ New Survey" button to start creating a custom survey. This will take you to the survey creation page.
For Survey Type, select "Internal and External" so you can ask questions directly in Surveyed and also provide an option for external reviews.

2. Add a Rating Question:
Start by adding a rating or scale question (e.g., 1 to 5 stars) that will be visible to all users initially.

3. Set Conditional Questions for Low Ratings:
Add questions you want to ask users who give a rating of 1 to 3 stars.
In the additional settings for these questions, enable the "Show question based on condition" option.
Once enabled, set the condition to display these questions only when the rating is 1, 2, or 3. This way, you can gather more details about their negative experience.

4. Redirect High Ratings to Google Reviews:
Scroll down to the Settings section of the survey.
Under the "Review and Feedback" section, specify Google Reviews as the external review site and add the Google Reviews redirect URL.
Below this, you'll see the dropdown 'When to Show External Review Popup'. Select a suitable option for when the popup should appear. Below this, you'll find a condition selection option, similar to the one in the additional settings for questions. Use this to ensure the popup only displays when the specified condition (e.g., rating of 4 or 5) is met.

5. Generate a QR Code:
Once your survey is ready, go to the Share Page of the survey and generate a QR code. You can then use this QR code for customers to access the survey.

If you have any additional questions or need help setting this up, feel free to reach out anytime. We're always here to assist you!
