Q: Survey link from email
Hello,
I have couple of questions:
1. I want to send out a survey to emails in my mailing list in my MAil/Groove.com. Does this system provide a link that I can use to do this?
2. I want to post a link with the survey on SM or Kingsumo, so that people can participate and I gather emails that can be downloaded and then integrated in my CRM
Are the above options possible?

1. Survey Link for Emails:
Yes, our platform provides a shareable survey link that you can easily use to distribute through your own email service like Mail/Groove.com. To get this link, simply go to the Share page for your survey and navigate to the Links tab. There, you’ll find the link you can copy, along with a QR code you can use for sharing the survey in different formats.
Additionally, if you’d like to send the survey directly from our system, we offer an option to import your mailing list and send emails. On the Share page under the Schedule tab, you’ll find an Import Users button where you can upload your user list (in CSV or XLSX format). Once imported, you can customize the email content and schedule it to be sent to your recipients. If you prefer the emails to come from your own email address, you can set this up in the Account Settings > Integration tab.
2. Posting the Survey on Social Media or Platforms:
Absolutely! The same shareable link can be posted on social media platforms, including KingSumo, to encourage participation. When users respond to the survey, their details (if collected) will be stored in the system.
3. Downloading User Responses:
Yes, you can download the details of users who have completed your survey. On the Details page of the survey, under the Contributor tab (below the Edit and Share buttons), there is an Additional Options dropdown. In this menu, you’ll find options to download the list of respondents, including their details, in both CSV and XLSX formats.
