Q: Support + Questions

I made a small test today. Seems that NO HUMAN EVER is accessable for Support, is that right? Your AI Support bot just says "I dont know, but keep asking". Very stupid.

Please answer these questions:
- how I can change language of the survey?
- Where's documentation e.g. about answer / question types?
- How is support reachable?

A: Thanks for reaching out and for your feedback on our support bot (it’s definitely a work in progress—I appreciate your patience!). Now, to answer your questions:

1. Human Support – We’re based in the Pacific Time Zone and offer live human support (pretty sure our team qualifies as human) via chat from 8 AM to 5 PM. Outside of those hours, our AI chat handles quick questions and creates support...

Q: For Certification Exams?

I want to set up different certification exams for my company... Can I use this for that? For example, if they answer 60% correctly, I want to generate a certificate for them. How would I do that? I'm comfortable using Zapier and Make if needed but I want to understand if this will be possible.

A: We don’t quiz functionality at the moment, but you could use our Dynamic Content feature in our endings to use a prompt to determine the score and have custom content displayed in the ending. We have zapier and make integrations available, so that is certainly a possibility to deliver a certificate or do advanced grading as well.

Q: AI assesment of results.

Hello,

I mostly use forms to gather applications for my activities. After that, I manually assess the responses to select the best candidates for my projects.

I was wondering if your tool's AI capabilities can help streamline this process. Specifically, is there a way to have the AI rate applicants based on predefined criteria or provide suggestions on which candidates might be the most suitable? It would be great if the AI could analyze the responses and give an opinion or a score based on the factors we set in advance.

Looking forward to your response!

Thank you in advance

A: Thanks for the question! Our Dynamic Content endings have this capability to define and assess the answers at the completion of the survey. You can also display different outcomes or messages to the respondent as well. I think this largely covers what you are looking to do, with the possible exception of you may or may not want to display the "score" or outcome to the respondent. Let us...

Q: AI questions

Been having a look around and liking what I see. Have a couple of questions.

1. Why not have an AI question generator where the user can give a prompt, e.g. Which country are you from. Do this as multiple choice and list only the G7 countries and then have Other? This would make survey development so much easier. I was expecting to see this, so maybe I just haven't found it yet. I am not so much interested in having a whole survey done by AI, as doing it a question at a time, but with me being able to give a prompt for each question.

2. Is there a way to have survey sections, e.g. Your Details, Your Experience in Our Shop, Suggestions.

A: Hi! I believe I followed up to your question via email as well, but happy to recap here!

1. You can use our noodlebot functionality to create (and brainstorm) individual question generation. First you can ask it for ideas, or you can jump straight into asking it to create a question as you described and it can add that question to your existing survey.

2. We don't currently have a section...

Q: If you don't answer any questions you get this random text at ending page: "User did not answer any questions."

A: I believe this is happening if you are using an ending with Dynamic Content that is looking for at least one answer to provide a custom ending. You can provide an alternative copy for this in the Dynamic Content instructions, but we can also explore a better default approach as well to make this easier.
