Q: Can you have multiple survey questions on one page?
It looks like when a person is taking the survey, each page has one question. Is it possible to have multiple survey questions on one page? Thanks :)

Currently we only allow 1 question to be displayed at a time. Would love to hear your thoughts on the use case or advantages of having more than 1 question displayed at a time!
GoddessNadinePLUSCurrently, the contact question type lumps all answers under this question into one column on the spreadsheet, making finding and sorting this information inefficient and time consuming. So, one use case would be allowing those contact questions to be separate questions (and therefore form fields) and show them all on one page.
We have a roadmap item to make sure the contact fields are separate columns in the downloaded report, I’ll see if we can bump up the timeline for that one!
GoddessNadinePLUSAnother use case is, for example, asking clients to rate an experience on a matrix. For example, I ask clients about their emotional states, and I want to know the frequency, duration, and intensity of each state. That is 3 questions about one topic.
