Q: In tier 4 does Custom Domain mean that a survey respondent sees my domain name and not the survey noodle domain?
example... my domain is ABC.com, but at lower tiers the respondent see surveynoodle.com in the survey URL. At tier 4 I could add my own domain and the survey respondent sees the survey URL with ABC.com... so it appears like a seamless transition from website to survey, correct?

Oct 9, 2024A: Thanks for your question! Both our Tier 3 and Tier 4 plans offer the ability to use a custom domain, exactly as you’re describing. Most of our customers set up a subdomain (like survey.abc.com) to create a seamless experience for respondents. It’s as simple as adding a DNS entry with your domain provider (GoDaddy, Squarespace, etc.) and then entering that value in SurveyNoodle.
We also have detailed documentation on our support site with step-by-step instructions for popular domain providers, and we’re happy to assist if you need any help along the way.
