A: Thanks for the question! We do have a Dynamic Content feature that is available on a survey ending that allows you to define different content based on the answers provided and many have used it for skill testing or personality quiz type flows. The advantage of this over other solutions is it doesn't necessarily have to be numeric or multiple choice questions as the prompt can help determine the best personality or assessment to provide the user based on all the different question types (And the reasoning behind it). We do not currently have the ability to display charts on the ending, but have a few items on our roadmap to add additional formatting options and will certainly consider this request.
