Q: Support + Questions
I made a small test today. Seems that NO HUMAN EVER is accessable for Support, is that right? Your AI Support bot just says "I dont know, but keep asking". Very stupid.
Please answer these questions:
- how I can change language of the survey?
- Where's documentation e.g. about answer / question types?
- How is support reachable?

Mar 3, 2025A: Thanks for reaching out and for your feedback on our support bot (it’s definitely a work in progress—I appreciate your patience!). Now, to answer your questions:
1. Human Support – We’re based in the Pacific Time Zone and offer live human support (pretty sure our team qualifies as human) via chat from 8 AM to 5 PM. Outside of those hours, our AI chat handles quick questions and creates support tickets that we follow up on via email. Looking at the timestamps from your chat this morning, I personally responded a little over an hour after you sent your message—an hour before our official support hours, actually! We’ll work on making our availability clearer.
2. Survey Language – We automatically detect the browser’s language settings and translate navigation elements accordingly. Right now, we support 15 languages, but if we’re missing one you need, let us know! You can also customize the text in navigation elements through custom themes or question settings.
3. Support Resources – We have a documentation site at support.surveynoodle.com where we cover more complex configurations, and our support bot is trained on a list of FAQs. We’re working on adding more details about question types to both locations, along with brief descriptions within the platform.
4. Support Availability – You can reach us via in-app chat during our live support hours (8 AM - 5 PM PT), or anytime via email at support@surveynoodle.com for more flexible, async communication.
