Promising but it lacks many vital features
I am still on the fence about this deal which soon will be more than $300. My boss spent $59 on appsumo to buy a platform that not only creates surveys but other stuff. It came with webhooks which is vital to integrate with other platforms and has CNAME. I like your platform but the end result is worse than competition. I didn't find how to create the first panel. The survey starts with the first question which I don't want. I also could not find analytics for surveys or is it me? Finally, your logo is too big for one to consider using it on tier 1 or 2, therefore it's $300 or nothing. Sorry

1. Survey Intro: We have a question type called “Info” that allows you to create an introductory screen for your survey without asking a question right away. This should help with the issue of starting directly with the first question.
2. Analytics: Analytics are available under the “Summary” tab for each survey. This section provides data on how many people started, completed, or dropped off during the survey, and it also summarizes results by question and overall survey performance.
3. Logo Sizing: I totally understand your point about the logo size. We’ll definitely work on making this more customizable so you can maintain your brand’s presence while still showing ours in a less prominent way.
4. Webhooks: I hear you loud and clear on this one. Webhooks are something we’re seriously considering for our roadmap as we continue exploring integrations that our customers need.
5. Pricing: I get that AppSumo offers some great deals! As a founder, I’m always trying to balance pricing with the value we provide, while also ensuring our company remains sustainable and can continue to grow and improve.
