Howdy! I’ve recently started using SurveyNoodle vs. Google Forms (I know...#basic). So far, it’s been super straightforward to get up and running...and that's coming from a sales guy - not a product or marketing person. So if the sales dudes can use it...it's gotta be intuitive!

We are using it for creating pre- and post-assessment surveys for the sales training my company provides and it's been awesome using the interface and even some of the AI features (which are honestly pretty damn good right out of the gate).

The support I’ve received has also been great—they’ve been SUPER responsive (like responding in hours vs. days) and helped clarify some details about the plan I purchased and what the difference would be if I choose to upgrade.

Overall, it’s been a smooth experience, and I’m looking forward to exploring more of the reporting and analytical capabilities as our clients provide us with the inputs from our surveys.
