I have to admit, I had some teething issues with the plugin, largely due to me websites built with Divi and osting hundreds of videos (online courses) and I had students complaining initially that they could not watch videos - they would not load. Really if you have a similar situation, a notice about some improvements being made and possible tech issues on the student dashboard does the trick. It has been several days and most videos that I opened up (they are YouTube hosted videos) load for me very well.

Just a note about the level of support that I received. OUTSTANDING! Even with time difference my messages were replied to within a couple of hours if not minutes with valuable suggestions and trying to troubleshoot the glitches (had some with particular videos hosted on Google Drive). Generally 5 out of 5.
