Start with hosting, SmartVideo re-imagined so no video hosting anymore, meaning you host or save your video somewhere like youtube, google drive etc this method eliminate the need of re-upload video to SmartVideo and eleminate the storage quota on SmartVideo, that's why there is no disk space information on the deal page because you keep your video somewhere else not on SmartVideo. This is a great idea.

SmartVideo will pull video from your source where you upload/save your video, encode it and distribute through its content delivery network (CDN), serving video to viewer via its CDN with fastest speed possible. SmartVideo re-imagined the video delivery so there is no bandwidth restriction per month anymore, but limited by the number of views instead. This is a great idea as well, and one code comes with 100K views per month which is more than worth the price of one code.

I tested with multiple video sources including publit.io, gdrive and pcloud. SmartVideo deliver my video very fast, once my video is accelerated, it play instantly. I can see great improvement when compare viewing my video files from gdrive and pcloud to viewing my same video files via SmartVideo. SO the performance of SmartVideo is very solid.

If I understand correctly, I think SmartVideo also complement Publit.io very well, hosting video on publit.io and delivery video via SmartVideo should save bandwidth on publit.io big time. I take this as bonus benefit SmartVideo provide.

SmartVideo should also benefit course creators big time as well. I tested SmartVideo with Heights, it works. This mean you now have LTD course management system and LTD video delivery system. Video storage should not be a problem since you can host video in many places, you should not run out of storage with this so many source options SmartVideo supports. I haven't test SmartVideo with Coassemble yet (Coassemble is one of course management system LTD previously on AS).

Only one annoying with SmartVideo is the source video files must be directly and publicly accessible so SmartVideo can pull your video, once the video is encoded and distribute through their CDN, you can turn the source video private again.
