Update 2: Sub-brands within a parent company.

I can confirm - the most requested feature, sub-brands is coming. The first version will be released within the next month. We’ve just started development so bear with us if it takes longer - but it is 100% happening!

How it will work:

• Within your current ‘parent’ company dashboard, you’ll be able to create and manage sub-brands.

• Each sub-brand will have its own new dashboard, essentially acting as a new company.

• The parent company admin will have access to all sub-brands from your dashboard. Admins within the sub-brand will only be able to see that sub-brand dashboard and not the parent company dashboard.

• You will be able to put your logo on profile pages of the sub-brands.

FAQs:

Can I sell this to clients?

Yes. With the release of this feature, we’re happy for you to use your parent company as the “agency” account and create sub-brands for each client. For now, you’ll need to collect payments from them yourself.

What's the limit of users and brands?

You are limited by the number of users across your entire account, not by the number of brands. You can create unlimited brands. For example, you could have 20 brands with 5 users each, which would make up the 100 users for Tier 3. Or 4 companies with 25 users each.

Will this be a new tier?

Nope. We probably should make this a higher tier offering as it's a significant change from our core offering, but we’re opening it for Tier 2 and Tier 3. However, the price of Tier 3 will very likely go up - so I would get it while you can. The lifetime deal will remain capped at 100 users. If you need more, please reach out to me directly and we’ll discuss fair terms (pawan@swftconnect.com).

Can you add a custom domain for each sub-brand?

Yes. 1 per sub-brand.

Will this be completely white-label?

1. The profile pages will have your logo on them, so visitors will see your brand front and centre. This was the main thing requested - so we will deliver this!
   
   

2. Many of you have asked for fully white labels - sign up pages, backend dashboard, email systems and knowledge bases. As this platform was built to serve businesses directly, the amount of development involved is not something we’ll be able to achieve within this campaign. However, this isn’t a no. It is something we will build, it’s just a timing issue.
   
   

3. If you purchase Tier 2 or 3 now, you will get access to white-label when it’s ready. I can’t provide timelines just yet.

We feel the introduction of sub-brands is the perfect entry point for agencies to start offering this to clients, and hope it helps get the ball rolling for you too. What’s the origin of the idea for your product?

Swft Connect started during COVID, when exchanging business cards felt unsafe and inconsistent. I was juggling paper cards, LinkedIn links, and phone numbers - none of it felt simple or reliable. I also hated the waste of printing cards that mostly ended up forgotten. I wanted a safer, more sustainable way to share my details consistently - one link, everywhere. That’s what became Swft Connect, and I’m passionate about it because it solves a real problem I faced every day.

What problem is your product solving and how?

Professionals and businesses are still stuck with outdated paper business cards, clunky contact exchanges, and no single place to share everything they do. It’s easy to get forgotten, harder to stand out, and almost impossible to keep branding consistent across a team.
