Is there a way to manage the Digital Business Cards and NFC card from the admin dashboard. For example: Can we connect a Digital Business Card to an NFC card from the admin dashboard. Can we also disconnect an NFC card from a Digital Business Card straight from the Admin dashboard?

Oh sure - for cards through us, we can unlink/link cards for you in the backend. Soon adding ability to do this from front end too. For cards bought yourself, no because we have no control of the link embedded there
