Q: Questions regarding user profile updates and tracking customer access in your system
Let's say Employee A meets with Customer B and shares A's profile on a Swft digital business card. Later, Employee A leaves the company and Employee C takes over A's duties. At this point, is it possible to change Employee A's profile to Employee C from the Swftt Connect dashboard?
Furthermore, after notifying Customer B of the change from A to C, is it possible to track and confirm whether Customer B has accessed the updated profile?

Sep 20, 2025A: Hey this is a great question! Right this second we don't have that level of advanced tracking available. You can change the profile from A to C, but it won't notify anyone. We are looking to build out more powerful analytics and I'll definitely see if we can build in tracking like this. Feel free to suggest it here directly roadmap.swftconnect.com.
