Exactly what is a user? How do you compare to Wave (wavecnct.com)? Their NFC physical cards are at least 50% cheaper than yours. Also, do you have to use your NFC cards with the account, or will any generic card work?

Dec 4, 2025A: Hey thanks for the questions! A user is a team member = 1 user = 1 profile. Soon 1 user will be able to have multiple profiles. I dont know about Wave's exact feature set, but I do know that ours is comparable to the top leading business card apps! I checked out their card pricing - unless I'm mistaken (maybe due to me being in UK), they are not 50% cheaper. Their metal engraved is currently 55 GBP - and ours with the 25% appsumo discount is 48.75 GBP. They're also running what looks like a 50% offer so it'll usually be double. Same for the other products.
But yes - you can get your own card and link it to your profile. Just embed the profile url with it.

When you sign up you get a code for a card - its SUMO25
How soon will you have the feature to create multiple profiles per user? This is significant for my needs. Will this feature be available on tiers 1-3?
Hey it's on our short term roadmap. Within Q1 of 2026 for sure. And yes will be made available to all tiers.
