On September 16th, 2025, I was in absolute panic mode. My boss was leaving that morning for the Scrap Expo conference, and I needed to create a professional digital business card for him ASAP. I reached out to SWFT Connect not expecting much help given the time crunch, but Pawan personally walked me through the entire setup process.
What really blew me away was when he gave me his personal WhatsApp contact and continued helping me complete the account setup while I was trying to get everything done before my boss left. He went above and beyond what any customer would expect from a founder - he could have easily directed me to a support ticket or help documentation, but instead, he took the time to personally ensure I succeeded.
The Product: SWFT Connect is an excellent digital business card platform. The setup is straightforward and user-friendly, though I needed to fast-track everything given my time crunch. The interface is clean and professional, making networking incredibly easy. My boss shared his contact information seamlessly at the conference, and we've been using it ever since.
The Challenge: Here's the kicker - I'm an Android guy and had to set this up on an Apple phone, which I know nothing about. This is where Pawan really shined, patiently guiding me through iOS while under pressure.
Bottom Line: SWFT Connect delivers a great product backed by founder-level customer service. When the founder personally ensures your success in real-time, you know you've found something special.
