Thank you so much for your question and your feedback.
1. We have multi-language support in our roadmap for 2021. We will work to prioritize the German lanaguage.
2. We are working to add the event concept so that you can create multiple events within the same account. For now, when you buy more than one token you will have a few accounts linked and you can have multiple sessions happening simultaneously. This is one of the core features we are planning to add in Q1 2021.
3. The system is very solid and it is being used by some of the largest broadcasters world-wide. The Q&A is a new feature and we are working to optimize it further over the next few days/week.
4. We have a new presentation page coming up and a few present modes (mainly for controlling the questions). I don't think I follow the exact requirements so, please share some details with me via info@excitem.tv

2.) It seems as if the polls and q&a are somehow general (I only get one access code for all different polls). With slido I was used to be able to prepare different events with the polls and each one had a different access code. Is this also possible?
3.) there seems to be some timelag between entering questions to the presenter and showing them. How reliable is your platform also for larger groups of participants?
4.) With slido I had the possibility as a presenter to have a view, that I could share with my participants, where I could see all questions and check off the ones that I just answered. And the participants could follow, what I did and see which questions I checked, and those questions disappeared. Is this possible too?
