Q: AI agents Roadmap

Hi

What's your Roadmap on ai agents and where are you now on their development?

I use relevance ai currently as my AI agents and it can do Google search, go on LinkedIn, scrape websites, and so much more. For comparison, I tested a Lead researcher I have there VS yours and Relevance AI finds so much more info based on a simple company name (and we can prompt the AI agent there and do a custom workflow )

So I'm wondering where you want to go, how detailed and how open (like can we do custom prompts and workflows)

And can you give a broad ETA to finalize your vision..

Thanks

A: Hi,

We are going big time on AI Agents and the core focus of our agents will be to automate sales and marketing functions. They will also be deeply integrated with your Swipe One account.

We are working on two types of AI Agents - Conversational AI agents where you interact and then AI Agents that you can use inside Workflows. When we rolled out we just launched with Conversational Agents and now we are rolling out Agents inside Workflows. Infact the Personalized Sales Email Writer is already available - Check here - https://share.cleanshot.com/TnZYxvqh . This agent researches about a lead and uses the context you provide to write a personal email and you run this at scale by using it in a Workflow. Imagine the possibilities. A sales outreach campaign where each contact receives an email handwritten for them. Infact you can even connect this to a Email Received node to automate responses as well. This is something we launched after the appsumo campaign. So you can get an idea as to how quickly we want to ship things on this front.

Even on our platform you can provide context and instructions to the AI.

Even our lead researcher, checks the website, browses the web, scrapes linkedin profiles etc to find information about the lead. In fact every agent has access to a variety of tools. As we expand the tool base the agents will also produce better outcomes over time. You need to understand that AI Agents as field is quite new and is fast evolving. And also different providers may use different models and some people prefer the outcomes of certain models over others. This is always going to be race. What eventually matters is whether these agent can produce work that deliver business outcomes. And that's what we are focussed on.

What we focussed during our initial release was get the overall architecture in place where we have agents that understands the business, creates memories and just becomes personalized to your business and gets smarter over time.

So for example if in one of your interactions with a conversation agent you specify a certain brand color or have certain preferences for writing styles, it remembers for future interactions.

Now that we have a base in place we will be constantly shipping out Agents and two more important ones that we are focussed on currently is the Workflow Creator Agent which basically setups automations for your business include the emails in the sequences. Then a SDR agent which finds leads, researches, qualifies and does a personalized outreach. It will even respond back to emails until a demo is booked or a deal is closed. These are immediate and ongoing priorities for us.

We will also provide granular tools and LLM actions inside workflows so that users can build agentic workflows that are tailor made for their business processes.

Since you asked about our vision, CRM's and Marketing tools were so far selling seats and tools to your team. Our vision is that Swipe One will have teammates that work alongside your team. Some that work like assistants and some like expert consultants. You have to understand Agents are hot in the technology field right now, but they very nascent. They will make mistakes, sometimes you may feel they are dumb. But the tech is evolving fast and you should expect outcomes to improve dramatically over the course. I can't imagine all the work I am doing right now running two startups, without the help of AI. We leverage AI across all fronts of our business and I am extremely optimistic about its future and especially the value it can add for Entrepreneurs, SMBs and Startups. As a bootstrapped entrepreneur I know how it is to constantly punch beyond your weight.

regards,
Swami
