Q: BYOK not available
Hello,
The CRM shows great potential, but the credit usage remains uncertain without clarity on BYOK. If we proceed with agents and exhaust our credits, scraping won’t be a viable option. It would be beneficial to utilize Open Router to access AI credits instead of facing restrictions here (maybe can be offered from Tier 2 onwards). Many of the leading apps on AppSumo provide this flexibility. thanks

Our AI Agents use a combination of various models. Yes true that something like Open Router can probably solve that. But its not just LLMs. The agents need tools to perform jobs effectively. We use variety of tools from various providers ( scraping, serp results, perplexity etc ) There are probably a dozen different tools we use. If we started asking users to byok for each tool provider then it will affecting user experience. We will also have to keep changing tools under the hood from time to time. We want to control the outcomes of agents and package them as solutions users can just start using rather than worry about the models or tools we use to get the job done.
