Just checked Gleap.io. It looks really good. Almost like Intercom. Most of these platforms support Webhooks to send data out. We support Incoming Webhooks to receive data and our interface to map dynamic fields from Incoming webhooks is very intuitive. You can even create contact properties on the fly at the time of mapping. Given that there are so many apps out there, it may not be possible to integrate the traditional auth way with each and every one of them. Especially when there are easier instant ways available, in this case webhooks.
