Marketing software like Marketing automation and Email Marketing are typically priced based on Contacts. Marketing Emails are expensive especially when you have offer good deliverability.

Their per month pricing for what the contact count we are offering on each tier is actually more than our one time price. We want to offer a deal that is sustainable so that we can actually grow from here and serve early customers for a long time and make their money's worth.
