Please look into a Thoughtly phone integration. They were just on appsumo as well. That would be pure gold.

Guessing we could do some stuff with Webhooks, APIs, or transfer over some basic stuff using Pabbly but idk how all that stuff works just yet.

Aside from simply loading in new Caller details into your CRM, or maybe a button to Auto Call our CRM customers with a specified Phone Agent, I haven't fully thought out what else it would or could do just yet.

But I'm sure there's some valuable use cases there for sure.

A Google Drive integration would be amazing too, like the ability to attach files and stuff in the Notes & Tasks sections, and inside peoples profiles with a little preview image or something. Could also upload Drive files as quick one-on-one email attachments, that would be a nice feature as well.
