Also, what is going on with the development of SwipeOne over the last few months? I checked your roadmap (https://roadmap.swipeone.com/t/updates-yvc5a) and, while things seemed pretty active throughout July with multiple bug fixes and improvements, everything looks to have come to a halt the last few months since Aug 5, 2025 (which was just a bug fix). No email updates on new features or upcoming plans either. The last Q&A user mentioned about nobody responding to his inquiry on Discord (which is what you recommend for customers to stay in touch with your team). You all good over there? I bought Tier 5 for $1200 and severely concerned about the future outlook given these red signals.

Hi, Are there any plans for future development that would allow users to train AI agents and integrate them into the workflow instead of just using preset tools? You already have the workflow function, and I think it would be great if you could add AI interaction within the workflow, enabling people to create their own use cases. For example, I want to extract text from PDFs or images when I receive documents in an email.

Hi team, congrats on the product growth of your product so far. I'm excited to make SwipeOne central to my business operations. There are two important features missing that is keeping me from going all-in. 1. Is there an ETA on when company management functionality will be available? As a B2B business, the lack of account-level visibility and easily sorting by company names is a severe limitation. 2. Is the ability to upload documents (PDF. .doc, etc.) to a contact record in the pipeline? The ability to add key documents like invoices, resumes, contracts to a contact or company record is another key feature needed for my business.
