I checked your roadmap (https://roadmap.swipeone.com/t/updates-yvc5a) and, while things seemed pretty active throughout July with multiple bug fixes and improvements, everything looks to have come to a halt the last few months since Aug 5, 2025 (which was just a bug fix). No email updates on new features or upcoming plans either.

The last Q&A user mentioned about nobody responding to his inquiry on Discord (which is what you recommend for customers to stay in touch with your team).

You all good over there? I bought Tier 5 for $1200 and severely concerned about the future outlook given these red signals.
